Your neighbors are counting on you
Napa Airport logged 16 noise complaints in 2023, 36 in 2024, and over 900 in 2025. That surge is what forced this issue onto the agenda. But the FAA and County officials can still dismiss the problem if only a handful of residents show up. Every voice that stays silent is a vote for the status quo.

File a noise complaint
The FAA and County officials use complaint data to evaluate the impact of flight operations. When only a handful of residents file, it is easy for officials to dismiss the problem entirely. Every single complaint is counted and reported. Your one-minute form submission is the single most effective thing you can do to force action.

Show up and be counted. The Board of Supervisors meets the 1st & 3rd Tuesdays at 9:00 AM. The Airport Advisory Committee meets bimonthly on the first Monday at noon.
Public comment periods are your chance to speak directly to decision-makers. Even your presence in the room sends a message.

Write to your supervisors and representatives. Tell them the noise is disrupting your daily life, that you support returning to historical flight paths, and that the County must prioritize residents over aviation expansion. Be specific about how flights affect your household — these personal accounts carry weight.
