  • Arrive early.Board of Supervisors meetings fill up — get there 15 minutes before start.
  • Sign up to speak. Public comment cards are available at the entrance. Keep remarks under 3 minutes.
  • Bring neighbors. Numbers matter. Even if you don't speak, your presence is counted.
