- Public comments come first. Most meetings open with a public comment period. Arrive early to sign up.
- Arrive early.Board of Supervisors meetings fill up — get there 15 minutes before start.
- Sign up to speak. Public comment cards are available at the entrance. Keep remarks under 3 minutes.
- Bring neighbors. Numbers matter. Even if you don't speak, your presence is counted.
